- Creating personal commissioned character illustrations and logos for clients based on provided descriptions and reference materials.
SPEEDSHAPE (2011)
- Worked as a contract Jr. compositor on stereo conversion for Robert Rodriguez’s Spy Kids 4.
- Job responsibilities included from performing stereo conversion on scenes assigned by the supervisors to creating rotos and clean plates as needed.
- Managed communication with the coordinators and the team for changes that needed to be addressed and helped train new compositors in pipeline.
ANIMATIC MEDIA (2010 -2011)
- Worked as a contract animation editor on commercial animatics for various clients such as Leo Burnett, Pedigree, and SC Johnson.
- Worked with UK and Phillipines division to make project amends.
- Made sure to stay in contact with team members to maintain project pipeline.
KOYAMA SHOTEN (2009-2010)
- Worked as a freelance graphic designer.
- Designed the store’s new logo and business card.
- Created the store’s website.
WITH A TWIST STUDIO (2009)
- Worked as a freelance stereoscopic animator on Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland.
- Helped train new animators in pipeline.
KINETIC POST (2008-2010)
- Worked as a freelance animator for The Wonder Pets (Created by Little Air Plane), an animated children’s show that airs on the cable television channel, Nickelodeon.
- Animated characters for 3rd & Bird (Created by Little Air Plane), another children’s show which airs on CBeebies and Disney Junior.
- Made sure my work was completed in a timely manner and meet the client’s specific notes, changes, and changing deadlines.
- Assisted in creating an idea for a new animated TV series – worked on developing character designs, stories, and episode ideas.
- Helped other employees with translation when they worked on a project that required translating English content to Japanese and vice versa.
- Organized files and data to deliver to the clients and the project leader.
- Maintained spreadsheets for projects.
THUNDERBEAN ANIMATION (2007)
- Worked on 30 second spot for Vito’s Pizza commercial.
- Assisted in animation layouts, in-betweens, clean ups, and painted frames.
- AWARD – Won The Silver Addy for the Ann Arbor AD Club Addy Competition for the Vito’s Pizza commercial.
